purely from an engineering point of view they made at least 2 claims that are false.
the position of the centre of gravity of the rider is more than 45 degrees inclined to the axle line, this makes is prone to highsiders, more so than a regular bike
the small wheels also mean that if one releases 1 foot from the pedal, the bike wants to shift the other way. this will take some getting used to to say the least
plus your standing all the way. i’ll take a velomobile:)
